Carolyn brings more than 10 years of study and experience as an educator and therapist to provide diet and lifestyle consultations and offer Ayurvedic Massage, Bodywork and Panchakarma services.
Carolyn passionately continues her studies and practice of Ayurveda, whole foods nutrition and seasonal nutritional cleansing. Her professional interests include skin care, spa bodywork techniques, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, and use of Aromatherapy with essential oils, incense and homemade hydrosols. In her personal time Carolyn seeks opportunities for travel and immersion in other cultures.

Emily was born eating and living well, and helping others to do so is one of her greatest passions. She sees no reason every person cannot reach their full physical, emotional and spiritual potential--we all just need a little help.
Emily graduated from The Evergreen State University in Olympia, WA with an emphasis in social psychology. When she's not at work, Emily is an artist, an enthusiastic cook, a gardener, a bookworm and an animal lover.
