My intention is to help clients be more aware of how relaxation and pain relief can provide space and freedom that affects the whole being - body and mind. The client is in charge of relaxing; my job is to work with the body in a way that provides an opportunity to reflect and heal. I do so by applying whatever technique is appropriate, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Shiatsu techniques and basic Swedish massage. I have helped clients find relief from several painful conditions, including:
