Ayurvedic Consultations

Your treatment begins with an initial consultation. Here your health concerns are discussed in relation to the balance of Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (water) elements in your body. Your Ayurvedic pulses are taken to allow the practitioner to suggest gentle, natural ways to achieve balance. You will receive a detailed report showing how the elements in your body can be balanced to promote better health. Specific suggestions on diet/nutrition are a key part of the report. In addition, you will receive suggestions on herbs and supplements, aromatherapy, gem and color therapy, yoga, meditation, and more. Your practitioner can suggest further Ayurvedic treatments to assist you on your path to better health. These may include Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage and Keralan Pancha Karma detoxification and rejuvenation treatments.

Your initial consultation will take place over two appointments, approximately one week apart. Total time: approximately 2 hours. Follow-up consultations are also available.

Ayurvedic Consultations Initial: $125 (includes 2 appointments and comprehensive report)

Follow-Up: $65 ($35 when done with massage and/or treatment)
