We use a table rate to charge shipping/handling based on the total of your order. We offer free domestic US shipping on all orders over $400.00.
Most items are in stock and ship within 2 business days, often sooner. Due to the limited availability of certain products some items may be out of stock. If more stock is expected within 2 weeks we will notify you and process your order. If there is a longer delay we will contact you first.
We generally use USPS Priority Mail which reaches most US destinations within 2-3 days. Books and heavier orders are shipped non-priority which can take 8-10 days. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
We are happy to handle special requests for overnight or 2-day shipping. Please contact us for availability and cost.
We are happy to ship to our international customers but those shipments will incur a surcharge based on weight and destination. Shipping can take between 4 days and 4 weeks. After receiving your order we will notify you of the delivery options and cost. If the amount is $10.00 or less we will add that amount and automatically process your order. Upon your approval we will add any larger surcharge to your credit card and process your order. Sorry, we are unable to authorize refunds on international shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in international shipments unless the customer requests and purchases insurance.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns in their original condition provided they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We will issue store credit (valid for 6 months) for 100% of the returned value or issue you a refund less a 15% restocking charge. No refunds on bulk herbs or on clearance merchandise.
